With refining capacity in excess of 39,000 barrels per stream day and storage capacity exceeding 2.8 million barrels, the company is well positioned to help meet the region's growing energy needs.
In April of 2006, the Company became a member of the Transcor Astra Group. Transcor Astra is a subsidiary of the Belgian based investment company Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille S.A. (CNP) and has interests in international petroleum, coal, petroleum coke and natural gas trading, as well as, shipping. In August of 2006, US Oil Trading LLC was formed to conduct the commercial activity associated with the Refinery.
