Alan J. Cabodi
Vice President - Manufacturing

Mr. Cabodi joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1977. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1968 with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and received an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1971. Prior to joining U.S. Oil, Mr. Cabodi was employed by Exxon Company, USA and Shell Oil Company where he held positions in the areas of engineering, operations, economics, and planning.

Mr. Cabodi is presently a member of several advisory and steering committees for the National Petroleum Refiners Association and the American Petroleum Institute and the Western States Petroleum Association.

Mr. Cabodi became Vice President - Manufacturing in 1984 and joined the board of directors of U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1992.
