William C. Kitto
Vice President

Mr. Kitto joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1980. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1969 with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, Mr. Kitto spent ten years with Atlantic Richfield Company at its Carson, California refinery. During his time at Arco, Mr. Kitto's activities included process engineering, refinery operations, long-term and short-term planning, and capital project economic evaluation.

Mr. Kitto became Vice President - Crude Oil Supply and Distribution in 1982 and joined the board of directors of U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1992.
