C. Edward Miller, Jr.
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Miller joined Time Oil Co. as an attorney in 1970. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1966 and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1969. Prior to joining Time Oil Co., Mr. Miller worked for the New York-based investment banking firm of LePerq & DeNeuflize.

Mr. Miller became Chairman of the Board of Time Oil Co. in 1986 and became Chairman of the Board of U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1987.
