Marcia E. Nielsen
Manager - Administrative Services

Ms. Nielsen joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in September 1998 as Manager, Administrative Services. She graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California in 1974 with a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts. After teaching elementary school for 3 years, she began her career in Human Resources and worked for Procter & Gamble and Ryerson/Tull before coming to U.S. Oil. In 1998 she received a M.B.A. degree, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from Seattle Pacific University. Her primary responsibilities at U.S. Oil are to manage Human Resources, Public Relations, and miscellaneous administrative functions.
