James E. Olp
Controller

Mr. Olp joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1977. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1969 with a B.A. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. Prior to joining U.S. Oil, Mr. Olp worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and in manufacturing and retail businesses. Mr. Olp's responsibilities at U.S. Oil have included financial reporting, taxes, and operations accounting.

Mr. Olp became Controller and an officer of U.S. Oil in 1989.
