David E. Rietmann
Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rietmann joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in March 1992. He graduated in 1968 from the California Maritime Academy with a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering. He completed post-graduate studies and received a Certificate in Nuclear Power Technology from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1970. In 1972, he received an M.B.A. degree from the University of Santa Clara.

During the 19 years prior to joining U.S. Oil, Mr. Rietmann was with Security Pacific National Bank and The First National Bank of Chicago. From 1968 to 1973, he served as an engineering officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine.
