Thomas C. Temple
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Temple joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1981 as Vice President of Crude Oil Supply and Refined Product Marketing. Mr. Temple graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in 1968. After graduation, Mr. Temple spent eight years with Union Oil Company of California in various engineering, crude oil supply, and refining functions. Prior to joining U.S. Oil & Refining Co., Mr. Temple was employed by Pacific Refining Inc. and Sound Refining Inc. in the areas of crude oil supply and product marketing.

In January 1987, Mr. Temple was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and also joined the Board of Directors of U.S. Oil & Refining Co.
