Thomas A. Treichel
Vice President - Crude Oil Supply and Logistics

Mr. Treichel joined U.S. Oil & Refining Co. in 1983. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1974 with a B.S. in Oceanography. In 1979 after serving his active duty Mr. Treichel accepted a job in the Los Angeles Supply and Distribution office of Mobil Oil Corporation. At Mobil his activities included vessel and pipeline scheduling, long and short term planning, crude oil economic analysis, and crude oil and product trading.

After joining U.S. Oil & Refining Co. as Manager Supply and Logistics Mr. Treichel completed his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1985. Mr. Treichel was elected Vice President Ð Crude Oil Supply and Logistics on July 1, 2000.
