3. Contact U.S. Oil with any questions

Please follow the directions below to submit your application:

1. Download the U.S. Oil Trading LLC Application Form (PDF Format) and save it to your hard drive.
2. Have your resume and cover letter ready in digital format on your computer.
3. Proceed according to one of the two following options:
   
   
   1. SUBMIT VIA EMAIL:
      1. Open the downloaded Application Form PDF from your hard drive
      2. Complete the form in its entirety
      3. Click "File" -> "Save As" and rename the completed Application Form as your LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.pdf
      4. Save it to your hard drive
      5. Email Marcia Nielsen and attach the completed Application Form, your resume, and your cover letter.
   2. SUBMIT VIA FAX:
      1. Open the downloaded Application Form PDF from your hard drive
      2. Complete the form in its entirety
      3. Click "File" -> "Print"
      4. Fax the printed Application Form to 253-272-2495, attention Marcia Nielsen
      5. Email Marcia Nielsen and attach your resume, and your cover letter.
